Hello everyone. 

I’m a 22 years old student.  I just completed my graduation in mechanical engineering and was looking for options to pursue my higher education. I applied in all the prestigious universities and luckily got selected in Chethana PU College at Yelahanka in Bengaluru.  It seemed an apt option for higher studies and I finally shifted there. Being new to the place I had no idea about the locations. I searched the internet looking for ideal residential apartments and got to know about the project Shriram Suhana through Shriram properties reviews on the internet.  

Their projects have got huge response from the customers and the internet is flooded with positive Shriram properties reviews. I visited the project location and was impressed with the facilities and features of the project. It is just a 15 minutes drive from my university. The apartments have an easy access to various multiplexes, retail stores, shopping centers and malls. The exclusive features of the project include a club house, library, landscaped gardens, wifi facility, proper security management and various provisions for sports like badminton, football and a swimming pool.  

I’m completed satisfied with my new apartments and thankful to shriram properties developers for providing me an ideal residential apartment catering to all my needs and requirements.

Hebbal One project review

Hello everyone.  

I left my hometown looking for better job opportunities. Bengaluru seemed the apt option due to various options for jobs available here. I finally shifted there and started looking for an ideal residential location. My search ended with the project Hebbal one by Shriram Properties.  I got to know about their projects through Shriram Properties reviews on the internet. I was highly impressed by all the features of the project Hebbal One and finally booked a 3 BHK apartment.  

My apartment is embedded with all the modern world class facilities and an extensive balcony of 160+ sq. ft, bedrooms, sprawling living room space and a well equipped private gym. It is strategically located at the prime location of Hebbal, Bengaluru’s high potential growth corridor. It has good road connectivity to the airport road, outer ring road and Bangalore-Hyderabad highway. In the vicinity are various schools, hospitals, , banks & ATMs, various options for leisure like Lumbini Park, Esteem Mall, Bhupathi Tennis village & Nagawara lake, shopping centers, hotels & restaurants and multiplexes. 

Due to my personal experience of  coming in terms with Shriram developers and the level of satisfaction with their project, I’m sharing this Shriram properties Bangalore review with you all. I would rate this project 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone looking for ideal residential apartments in Bengaluru.

Shriram Greenfields – A heavenly abode

Hello everyone. 

I’m here to share Shriram Properties reviews and my personal experience of coming in terms with Shriram Properties developers.  I recently invested in their project Greenfields located at Budigere cross.   I was highly impressed by the architectural specifications and features of the project and finally booked a 3 BHK apartment.  It seemed to be an apt choice for residential purpose and provided true value for money.  

The project offers various amenities for leisure, health & fitness and recreation. Having keen interest in sports, I was happy to know that the project has various gaming facilities like basket ball court, skating post, tennis court, swimming pool, jogging track, volleyball court, indoor badminton court, table tennis and billiards. It also has a children’s play area, senior citizen's park, landscaped gardens, a, maze garden, club, library, amphitheatre, hall, gym, crèche, CC TVs and provision for convenience stores. The project has got a huge response from customers and the internet is filled positive Shriram Properties reviews.  

I’m extremely happy about my decision of investing in the project Greenfields and thankful to Shriram Properties developers for making me find my dream-like home. I would highly recommend this project to anyone looking for an ideal residential apartment in Bengaluru.

Shriram Chirping Woods Review

I am here for Shriram Chirping Woods review because I and my family liked the projects very much, that is why my husband booked a 2 BHK apartment with study room in it, for my son.

As he is studying in Harlur right now and my husband has his new business unit established on its outskirts, we were looking for a place which serves both these purposes. By the time my son reaches his secondary school, we will probably shift there.

It feels good that after living in a rented apartment for years we will be living in our own house and we can finally call it “our home”. I supported my husband’s decision to invest in property over here because I liked the way it has involved most of the environmental factors, as I am a nature lover.

I didn’t know about Shriram Properties before buying this 2BHK, with study. And you would not believe that since the day we signed that agreement, I keep hearing about its ads on radio and see the same in newspapers. These kinds of ads that you come across time to time, make you feel like that you have invested in the tight place.

As soon as we shift, my son will be enjoying the benefits of swimming pool but my husband will be occupied in his clubhouse. Anyway, I will be enjoying my daily encounter with the sun as it will be marking its presence through my balcony.

Hello Everyone. 

I would like to write Shriram Properties review. I recently shifted to Karnataka leaving my hometown in search of better job opportunities. I wasn’t satisfied with my previous job and my hometown did not have enough job opportunities. Therefore I decided to leave that place and settle in a metropolitan city with my family. Karnataka seemed to be a good option. I shifted here and was looking for an ideal 3 BHK apartment at Doddathoguru area. 

Finally my search ended with the project Signiaa by Shriram Properties. I got to know about the project through Shriram Properties reviews on the internet. The architectural specifications and features of the project were exactly as per my expectations.  Therefore I decided to shift here with my family. My children got admission in Sillicon Valley high school which is just a 15 minutes drive from our place. I applied for a job at HCL technologies and fortunately got placed there. Our apartment is located at the prime location which has an easy access to various amenities. The 5 acres of lush green expanse make it a perfect place for a nature lover like me. Because of my high level of satisfaction and personal experience of investing in this project, I’m posting Shriram Properties reviews and would highly recommend the project Signiaa to anyone looking for an ideal residential apartment in Karnataka.

I’m a computer engineer working at IGS pvt. Ltd. in Gurgaon. With my promotion my company recently transferred me to their Jalahalli branch in Banglore.
